Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms govern the provision of transport coordination services by Holden Sebastian Szwed, Bodzanów 262M, 48-340 Bodzanów, Poland, NIP (VAT ID): 7532404279, REGON: 544952162 (the “Service Provider”). They apply to all assignments arranged by email, phone, WhatsApp, or contact form. Placing an order and its acceptance constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Scope of services

The Service Provider organises and coordinates express transport of high-value items, including fine art, vintage furniture and sensitive objects across Europe. The scope of each assignment is agreed individually and confirmed by email before execution. The Service Provider does not offer moving or storage services unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Contract formation

A contract is formed upon email acceptance of the offer and conditions by both parties.

4. Payments

Financial terms are agreed individually per assignment. For express and high-value transports, advance payment is standard. We accept bank transfer, card, PayPal and other methods. Failure to pay on time entitles the Service Provider to suspend execution.

5. Item preparation

Unless otherwise agreed, packing is the responsibility of the client or seller. The Service Provider may advise on protection but is not responsible for damage resulting from improper packing by third parties.

6. Loading & unloading

For heavy or oversized items, the client must ensure loading assistance is available. The driver may assist but does not replace additional personnel. Standard delivery is to street level. Half in-home, full in-home, and white glove services are available as paid extras and require prior agreement.

7. Insurance

Transport is covered by CMR Convention liability unless otherwise agreed. Additional All Risk insurance covering the full declared value is available on request and must be agreed before execution. Terms of additional insurance are determined individually.

8. Liability

The Service Provider is responsible for executing the agreed scope of the assignment. The Service Provider is not liable for delays caused by road conditions, border controls, weather, or actions of third parties. The Service Provider is not liable for damage resulting from improper packing by the client or third parties.

9. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted by email to hello@holden-transport.com within 7 days of delivery. Complaints should include a description of the issue and photographic documentation where possible.

10. Applicable law

Polish law applies. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court at the Service Provider's registered address.

11. Final provisions

These Terms are available on the website at holden-transport.com. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend them. Changes do not affect previously accepted assignments.
