01 | Photograph before packing Take clear photos of the complete item from every side before touching or packing it. Add close-ups of any existing damage. Take one final photo after packing and send the full set to HOLDEN. |
02 | Soft pack before loading Use clean transport blankets and protect corners and delicate parts. Apply stretch film only over the protective layer — never directly onto the object. Secure the piece so it cannot move in transit. |
03 | Keep documents with the shipment Collect all original paperwork received at pickup. Place it safely in an envelope and keep it with the shipment until handover, as stated in the transport order. |
04 | Check before loading Compare the item with the order before it goes into the van. If it differs, has undocumented damage or can’t be packed safely, call HOLDEN first. We’ll decide together. |
